Can I get a copy of my certificate for a previous course?

Yes — we can resend your e-certificate for free, or reissue a physical copy for a small fee.

If you’ve previously completed a course with us and need another copy of your certificate, we’ll be happy to help. You can request either a digital (e-certificate) or a physical certificate depending on your needs.

To request a copy:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Let our team know which course you completed and whether you’d like a digital or physical copy.

  3. We’ll verify your course records and confirm delivery details.

Here’s how certificate copies are issued:

  • E-certificate: Resent free of charge to your registered email.

  • Physical certificate: Re-issued for a £20 fee to cover printing and postage.

💡 Tip: If you’ve recently changed your name or address, mention this when you contact us so your new certificate details are accurate.
