Can I spread the extension payment over instalments?

Yes — in some cases, we can arrange monthly instalments to make your extension more manageable.

If you’re unable to pay the full extension fee upfront, we may be able to split the payment into smaller monthly instalments to help you continue your studies without interruption.

To request an instalment plan:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Let our team know that you’d like to pay for your extension in instalments.

  3. We’ll review your account and confirm the options available for your situation.

  4. Once agreed, you’ll receive a payment schedule and confirmation of your extended access.

Please note that while instalments can allow you to continue studying, your certificate will only be released once all overdue and extension payments have been paid in full.
