Do I need to complete all tasks before certification?
Yes — all course tasks, quizzes, and assessments must be completed and passed before your certificate can be issued.
Each course includes a series of tasks, quizzes, and practical assessments designed to ensure you’ve met all the required learning outcomes. To successfully complete your qualification and receive your certificate, you’ll need to:

Even if you finish all the e-learning sections, your course won’t be marked as complete until every required task has been submitted, assessed, and passed by our tutor team.
If any tasks remain incomplete or unassessed, you’ll be asked to return and complete them before your certificate can be released.
