# How do I change my email address or personal details?

## File a support ticket to request an update — our team will securely change your details for you.

If you need to update your **email address, name, phone number, or postal address**, we’ll handle it manually to keep your account secure and your certificates accurate.

#### To update your details:

1. [**File a support ticket here.**](https://portal.create.fit/support-tickets?hsLang=en-gb)
2. **Tell our team** which details you’d like to change (e.g., new email, new phone number).
3. We’ll **verify your identity** and confirm the requested changes.
4. Once updated, we’ll **confirm back to you** so you know everything’s correct.

💡 **Tip:** If you’re changing your **email address**, please also update the login email on any connected platforms (e.g., your assessment portal) if prompted, and check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails.
