How do I change my email address or personal details?

Use the chatbot to request an update — our team will securely change your details for you.

If you need to update your email address, name, phone number, or postal address, we’ll handle it manually to keep your account secure and your certificates accurate.

To update your details:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Tell our team which details you’d like to change (e.g., new email, new phone number).

  3. We’ll verify your identity and confirm the requested changes.

  4. Once updated, we’ll confirm back to you so you know everything’s correct.

💡 Tip: If you’re changing your email address, please also update the login email on any connected platforms (e.g., your assessment portal) if prompted, and check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails.
