How do I get feedback on my work?

You’ll receive detailed written and video feedback within 3 working days of submitting your task.

Once you’ve uploaded your task or assessment, our tutor team is automatically notified and your work is added to their marking queue. We aim to maintain a quick turnaround so that you can keep progressing without delays.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Upload your task through the assessment platform as normal.

  2. Our tutors will be notified and begin reviewing your work.

  3. You’ll receive written and video feedback within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  4. Once your assessment has been marked, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s ready to view.

  5. You can then log into the assessment platform to access your feedback and check any action points or resubmissions.

Our assessors provide constructive, supportive feedback to help you improve and feel confident in your progress.
