How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate will be emailed and posted to you once your course is complete and fully paid.

When you’ve successfully completed all your course requirements — including assessments, quizzes, and any outstanding payments — your certificate will be automatically processed.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Complete your course: All tasks and assessments must be passed.

  2. Finish your payment plan: If you’re on instalments, your balance must be cleared before we can release your certificate.

  3. Quality assurance check: Your completed work is sent to our awarding body for final quality checks and approval.

  4. Certificate release: Once approved, we’ll email your e-certificate and post your physical certificate to your registered address within approximately one week.

This short delay is normal and ensures that your qualification meets the awarding body’s verification standards.

💡 Tip: Make sure your postal address and email are up to date before finishing your course so there are no delays in receiving your certificate. You can update your details anytime by clicking the chatbot and typing “Speak to a human.”
