How do I resubmit my work after referral?

You can resubmit your referred work through the same task area on the learning platform — just make the required updates first.

If your work has been referred, it simply means a few parts need improvement before it meets the full assessment criteria. Once you’ve made the changes based on your tutor’s feedback, you can resubmit your work for reassessment.

To resubmit your work:

  1. Log in to your learning platform.

  2. Go to the module and open the same task that was referred.

  3. Review your tutor’s written and/or video feedback carefully.

  4. Update or amend your work as requested to meet the criteria.

  5. Upload your revised file or video following the same steps as your original submission.

Your resubmission will automatically be sent back to your assessor for review. Feedback is typically provided within three working days.

💡 Tip: Double-check that your updated version clearly addresses every point mentioned in your feedback. Missing even a small detail may result in another referral — so it’s worth taking the time to be thorough before resubmitting.
