How do I update my payment details or check my balance?

You can request an update or balance check at any time through the chatbot — our team will handle it for you directly.

If you need to change your payment details or find out how much you have left to pay, our team can easily help you with that. Because our payment plans are managed manually, any updates or changes need to be handled by a member of the support team to make sure everything stays accurate and secure.

To update your details or check your balance:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Let our team know whether you’d like to update your payment details or check your remaining balance.

  3. We’ll confirm your current balance and send you instructions or a secure link to update your details.

  4. Once updated, we’ll confirm everything with you directly so you know your payments are set up correctly.

💡 Tip: If your payment details have changed recently (for example, if you’ve received a new card or changed banks), it’s best to update them as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your course access or payment plan.
