I can’t access the course platform, how do I fix this?

Try resetting your password first — if you still can’t log in, our team can help you regain access quickly.

If you’re having trouble logging into the learning platform, there are a few simple steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Reset your password

  1. Go to https://learn.creatept.com.

  2. Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

  3. Enter the email address you used when you signed up.

  4. Follow the instructions in the reset email (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).

Once your password has been reset, try logging in again.

Step 2: Still can’t access your account?

If resetting your password doesn’t work or you’re getting an error message, we can help you directly.

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Let our team know you can’t access the learning platform.

  3. We’ll check your account and get you back online as soon as possible.
