# I want to teach Reformer Pilates but I do not have Level 3 Mat. What can I do?

## Level 3 Mat is a mandatory prerequisite for Reformer training — but you can complete both together with our combined package.

To teach Reformer Pilates safely and professionally, you must first hold a **Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification**. This ensures you have the essential grounding in:

- Core Pilates principles
- Movement fundamentals
- Anatomy and biomechanics
- Teaching technique and cueing skills
- Safe progression and regression of exercises

These foundations are crucial for Reformer work, where the equipment adds additional complexity, load, and safety considerations.

### **If you don’t have Level 3 Mat yet**

You can join our **Mat + Reformer Combined Package**, which allows you to complete **both qualifications back to back**, in the correct order.
