I’ve finished my course but haven’t received my certificate yet. What should I do?
Make sure you’ve clicked the “Certificate Completion” button — then our team will verify your progress and issue your certificate.
If you’ve completed all your modules and assessments but haven’t yet received your certificate, don’t worry — it’s usually just one final step away.
Here’s what to check:

Go to the final section of your course on the learning platform.

Make sure you’ve clicked the “Certificate Completion” button.

This step confirms to our system and tutors that you’ve officially finished your course.

Once you’ve clicked it, our team will:

Verify your progress and assessment results.

Check that your payment plan is complete.

If your payment plan is still active, you’ll need to either wait until it’s fully paid or pay it off early to receive your certificate.

Issue your certificate once everything is confirmed.

Still waiting after clicking the button?
If you’ve already completed these steps and it’s been more than a few days, it may mean your certificate is still being processed. Occasionally, there can be a short delay while your work is reviewed by the awarding body for quality assurance.
To check on your certificate:

Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

Let our team know you’ve completed your course but haven’t received your certificate.

We’ll double-check your records, confirm your payment status, and let you know when your certificate will be sent.
💡 Tip: Once everything is verified and your balance is clear, your e-certificate is usually emailed within a few business days, and your physical certificate is posted shortly after.
