What happens if I don’t finish before the deadline?

You’ll still have access to your course materials, but you’ll need an extension to continue your assessments.

If you reach the end of your 12-month course period without completing all your assessments, don’t worry — your progress and completed work are automatically saved. You’ll still be able to log in and view all your course content at any time.

However, once your 12-month assessment window ends, our assessors can no longer mark your remaining tasks or release your certificate until your access is extended.

To continue after your deadline:

  1. Click the link below to purchase a course extension.

  2. Once payment is confirmed, your access to upload and submit work for assessment will be reactivated.

  3. You can then continue exactly where you left off.
