What if I cannot attend my Pilates assessment day?

You must be available for at least one assessment date before enrolling — but if something unexpected happens, contact us immediately.

Assessment days for Pilates qualifications follow strict awarding-body requirements and rely on access to a studio, equipment, and tutor availability. For this reason, it’s essential that you can commit to at least one of the scheduled assessment dates before joining the course.

However, we understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If this happens, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.

Can my assessment be rearranged?

In some cases, yes — but this depends on tutor availability, studio access, and meeting all awarding-body and EQA regulations.

If your assessment needs to be rearranged, please be aware that:

  • Studio hire fees may apply for additional dates or space changes

  • You may need to bring additional participants/guests for teaching demonstrations

  • Your tutor will need time to organise equipment, setup, and assessment materials

  • Any rearranged date must still meet all official assessment requirements

The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we have to help you find a suitable solution.

What to do if you cannot attend:
