What terms and conditions do I agree to when I sign up?
By enrolling, you agree to our standard terms covering payments, certification, course completion, conduct, and data use.
When you sign up for a Create PT course, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to our standard Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect both you and Create PT, and to ensure a fair, high-quality learning experience for everyone.
Below is a clear summary of the key points you agree to when enrolling.
Course start and payment

Your course starts on the date you enrol, and you agree to pay the full course fee as outlined at the time of purchase.

If you are on a payment plan, you will not receive your certificate until the course has been paid in full.

If you complete the course before finishing your payment plan and secure employment, you may:

Adjust your payment plan, or
-
Request written confirmation for your employer that you have passed and will receive your certificate once payment is complete.

Certification and assessment

You are responsible for completing all required course content and spending sufficient time revising.

All pass or referral decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Create PT assessor, in line with awarding-body standards.

Certification is only issued once:

All required elements are successfully completed, and
-
External verification by the awarding organisation is complete.

Certification may be delayed due to external verification schedules, which are outside Create PT’s control.
Course duration and extensions

You have 12 months from your course start date to complete your course unless otherwise agreed.

After 12 months, your work will no longer be assessed unless you purchase an extension.

If you exceed the 12-month period, you may extend your course at the current extension charge rate.
30-day money-back guarantee

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

For self-paced courses, this runs from the purchase date.

For cohort-based courses, the 30-day period also starts from purchase unless your first in-person workshop takes place within that period.

If it does, the cancellation period ends when you attend your first in-person workshop.

After the applicable cancellation period, you are fully liable for the full course fee, with no refunds or concessions.
Workshops and attendance (cohort-based courses)

Attendance at all scheduled practical workshops is compulsory.

Missed sessions may:

Delay assessment, and/or
-
Incur additional fees to rebook.

Payments and missed instalments

If a direct debit payment fails, we will notify you and may attempt to collect payment again within the same calendar month.

Missed payments may be referred to a debt collection agency.

If course fees remain unpaid for 30 days, the full remaining course fee becomes immediately due.

Create PT may restrict access to learning materials and prevent course completion until payments are brought up to date.
Learning platform access

Your login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared.

Create PT reserves the right to revoke access if misuse is identified.
Communication and data

You consent to Create PT contacting you via email, SMS, or phone regarding:

Reminders

Relevant opportunities

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

By signing up, you consent to us sharing your details with third parties where relevant to potential employment opportunities you may be eligible for.
Conduct and behaviour

You agree to behave respectfully and professionally towards Create PT staff, assessors, and fellow learners at all times.

This applies to online communication and in-person workshops.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in disciplinary action or removal from the course without refund.
Liability

Create PT is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from:

Use of course materials

Online systems

Attendance at in-person workshops
