Why haven’t I received my certificate yet?
Your certificate is issued once two things are complete: you've clicked the "Certificate Completion" button, and your balance is paid in full.
If you've finished all your modules and assessments but haven't received your certificate yet, it's usually just one or two final steps away. Here's what to check.
1. Click the "Certificate Completion" button
Go to the final section of your course on the learning platform and make sure you've clicked the "Certificate Completion" button. This confirms to our system and tutors that you've officially finished — we can't begin processing your certificate until this is done.
2. Make sure your balance is paid in full
We can only release certificates once all payments are complete. If you're on a payment plan that's still active, you'll need to either wait until it's fully paid or pay it off early (see below).
What happens next
Once you've clicked the completion button and your balance is clear, our team will:
- Verify your progress and assessment results
- Confirm your payment status
- Email your e-certificate directly to you, and post your physical certificate to your registered address
Want your certificate sooner?
If you'd like to finish your payment plan early, you can settle your remaining balance in full or make larger instalments to clear it faster. To do this, click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type "Speak to a human." Let the team know you'd like to pay off your balance, and we'll confirm your exact amount and send a secure payment link.
Still waiting after doing both?
If you've clicked the completion button, your balance is clear, and it's been more than a few days, your certificate may still be processing — occasionally there's a short delay while your work is reviewed by the awarding body for quality assurance. To check with our team, file a support ticket and we'll look into your records and confirm when it'll be sent.
💡 Tip: Once everything is verified and your balance is clear, your e-certificate is usually emailed within a few business days, with your physical certificate posted shortly after — no need to follow up separately.
