Why haven’t I received my certificate yet?

Your certificate can only be issued once your course is fully completed and your balance is paid in full.

If you’ve finished all your coursework and assessments but haven’t yet received your certificate, the most common reason is that there’s still an outstanding balance on your payment plan. We’re only able to release certificates once all payments have been completed.

Once your account is marked as paid in full, we’ll:

  • Email your e-certificate directly to you, and

  • Post your physical certificate to your registered address.

To receive your certificate sooner:

If you’re on a payment plan and want to finish paying it off early, you can choose to settle your remaining balance in full or make larger instalments to clear it faster.

Here’s how to do that:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom corner and type “Speak to a human.”

  2. Let our team know that you’d like to pay off your remaining balance.

  3. We’ll confirm your exact balance and provide payment options or a secure payment link.

💡 Tip: Once your balance is cleared and all tasks are passed, your e-certificate is usually sent within a few business days — no need to follow up separately.
